This online course discusses some of the benefits of preneed, preneed hiring, including what to look for in a candidate, the preneed sales process, creating a preneed budget, incorporating preneed into an existing funeral home business, the areas to look for when determining the best funding vehicle, and, most importantly, how to best serve the firm's community of families. Ideas for helping the firm promote preneed are also examined.

She received her bachelor's degree from the University of Cincinnati and her MBA in Business Administration - Marketing and Finance from Xavier University, also located in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Suzanne has developed and implemented numerous customized CRM (customer relationship management) programs for the death care industry, the insurance industry, and other sales and marketing organizations. Her expertise in customer relationship management helps her clients increase sales through the use of niche marketing, continuous improvement, and sales accountability.

She has extensive knowledge in the preneed sales process, preneed training, and preneed sales management. Pre-Smart, Inc. was developed out of the need to economically market to a community, increase preneed sales through referrals, decrease cancellations, increase the information given to owners and stockholders, and increase profitability.
